Further Information on 'Brand-in-a-box'
- Bespoke logo design – the brand-in-a-box package includes 4 hours design time to develop your company logo. Our designers will work up 4-5 initial concepts with one of these being worked up to a final logo and used. The final logo will also be supplied on a CD in numerous file formats suitable for print and web use.
- 1,000 x Letterheads – once your logo has been finalised we will design your letterheads and print 1,000 copies on 115gsm Soporset Premium quality paper.
- 1,000 x Compliment Slips – as with your letterheads, we will also design your compliments slips and print 1,000 copies on 115gsm Soporset Premium quality paper.
- 500 x Business Cards – we will design and print 500 business cards for you on 400gsm white ivory board giving a high quality look and feel to your 'branded' business cards.
- Professional Website (with the ability to change content yourself) – As part of the ‘brand-in-a-box’ package we will develop a 5-page website (more pages available if required) for your business giving your brand a professional looking presence on the internet, which will be consistent with your printed stationary and other marketing collateral.
The real benefit we provide with your website is ‘control’. Most web design companies will charge for changes or updates to your website, however we provide you with a ‘content management system’ that enables you to login and easily change the text and images on your website yourself (no web design knowledge required).
- Website address (Domain name) setup – Not sure how to register a website address? Don’t panic, if you have not yet registered a website address called a ‘domain name’ then we organise this for you at no additional cost. If you've already registered once, then just let us know.
- Website Hosting – as part of the brand-in-a-box package we can setup web hosting for you. The initial setup is included in the package, and then we simply charge £6 per month for the ongoing hosting of your website. Alternatively, you can arrange website hosting yourself and we will simply upload the completed website to your web server.
Additional Add-on Options
- Leaflet / Brochure design – price dependant on quantity and size.
Start up businesses often require branded leaflets or brochures which can be given to customers when meeting face to face or can be used in direct marketing campaigns. If you require a brochure or leaflet as part of your ‘brand-in-a-box’ package simply check the box on the order form and we will contact you to discuss individual requirements and costs. - Digital Document add-on - only £100
This additional option includes the production of branded digital documents. Your company's branding is just as key on these documents:
- Branded PowerPoint presentation template - give your presentation a professional look with a 'branded PowerPoint template'.
- Branded email signature - to include company logo, contact details and website address – see example opposite. This is used as an additional branding element at the bottom of all outgoing emails and has been proven to be very effective, which is not surprising given the amount of emails we all send on a daily basis.
- Branded letter template – in this day and age many letters are often sent electronically via email so we've included a branded word document template for you as part of the digital document add-on.
- eNewsletter HTML template - only £150
Many start up businesses will want to capture and retain new and existing customers through a regular newsletter which is emailed to their existing customers or new prospects. Email newsletters are a very cost effective way of reaching your customers to provide updates and information on your latest products, services and special offers.
As an additional option for your brand-in-a-box package we can create your own branded HTML newsletter template which you can then use time and time again to market to your customers. - Website statistics setup (Google Analytics) - only £50
Most small businesses will setup a website and then have absolutely no visibility of the number of potential customers that are visiting their website. Without this information you will have no idea how well your website is working for you or which marketing / advertising campaigns are delivering results.
As part of the ‘brand-in-a-box’ package we can setup Google Analytics for you, which will provide you with a wealth of useful information about your websites performance.
